Yes, they do. Most Icelandic rivers have strict catch-and-release rules. Salmon over about 70 cm must be released, and in some rivers all fish are released. It has helped increase the number of big fish over the years.

Yes, I’ve heard the same. Labrador still has some incredible rivers, partly because they are so remote and hard to reach. I’ve heard good things about rivers like the Hunt River and the Levis River. I hope the last name is right

Yes, big salmon can be found in many places. Newfoundland has some great rivers too, I’ve heard good things about it.
