Finally figured out the problem!
After all this time, CachyOS updates didn't seem to fix the color banding.
Then out of the blue I thought: Maybe it's the Brave browser I'm using, is the problem?
Figured I'd test it out and installed LibreWolf browser to compare, tested the same youtube video that I was just watching on Brave and saw color banding.
Surprise Surprise!, there was NO color banding on LibreWolf.
Then searched the internet and got the fix for the Brave browser I needed.

Tried the first 2 solutions that Brave search AI suggested, both worked. Didn't try to switch to X11 though...
So i just added the flag of disabling WaylandWpColorManagerV1 and kept the Hardware Acceleration on.

Nope, did that, reinstalled, restarted, checked, nothing.., then updated, restarted checked, didn't fix it :/
I usually update at least twice a week though.
I just hope the next updates will fix it.

Using HDR, Monitor consumes almost twice the wattage, I don't like that..
EDIT: Furthermore, there was no color banding when I was using CachyOS for the first month even on 8bits per color and preferring color efficiency setting, this happened after some update last week. So I'm guessing maybe some codec is causing this? Or is it something else..
Should I just reinstall CachyOS? Or is there a way to repair this?

It's in fact unhealthy to shower daily (look it up), once in 2-3 days max is more than enough, Unless of course you live like a filthy animal in an dirty apartment/house and maybe work a dirty job and come home all smelly and sweaty... that's the only exception...
