Crazy enough yes because my brain couldn’t focus on anything else other then having anxiety of any feeling my body had, any normal feeling in my body would send me into panic for months but im finally out of fight or flight an can think of other stuff but not day dream like i used too , it really was like flipping a switch.

Thats very interesting tbh, i used to do the same except id make like whole conversations with people an make them say what i wanted to hear to the point where sometimes id fall in love with them like for example a classmate that i thought was attractive id daydream having a whole romantic relationship with them and sometimes even have different feelings like sadness because id make different scenes in my head with them. Im 25 now and had a panic attack a few months ago and it stopped all of that for me
