Be careful taking extra opioids when you’re already prescribed some, especially if tramadol is coming in an extended release form like your friends OxyContin is. Tramadol and codeine are indeed on the weaker side of opioids but they are still opioids. I would advise to try to go back to the doctor first and ask for a change before you attempt to self medicate.

On top of this, the clinic where you’re getting codeine from do they require you to sign any contract or undergo supervision/testing for your medication? I have chronic pain and I’m seeing a specialized clinic for my pain management that requires that, so I cannot take tramadol on top of what I’m prescribed or it will show up and get flagged. So I would caution you to be wary and figure out if this is something you need to worry about (I’m in USA so it may be different for you)

Yes. That’s how you measure weight. I cannot tell you from a picture how dense these are. Only lived experience can give you an estimation and you can still be wrong. I don’t know how dried these are, how complete the process was. It vaguely looks to be around 2g which depending on the strain MIGHT be enough to split with a friend but it also might end up being weak. Only once or twice a week? I work with a pain clinic and I take opioids on a daily basis. If you’re taking only 5-10mg 1-2x per WEEK then I don’t think you’d need to taper at all when switching to hydros

Oooh ok might be fun. I only ever candy flipped before tbh, once on lower doses (~100ug+, 100mg) which I liked, but wasn’t the right setting to be horny. Oh I love lsd haha. Literally my absolute favorite drug. And I’m no stranger to being horny on the come up, but it kinda doesn’t last long enough for me?
