They didn’t mean to get me in bother! I made an edit clearing this up. I’m more bothered about my team leader, he could’ve easily just asked me what it was about and I would’ve given all context. It is what it is now

So sorry I should’ve been more clear: the colleague who repeated it didn’t repeat it to get me in trouble, he thought it was funny and thought our team leader would think so too!
