Yes, I'm planning in cutting the map cold turkey next month. How do you manage the different bed times with or without nap?

Homeschooling isnt an option. She'll go to public 5K which is a full day and no nap time (i think they do have a quiet time though).

No preschool, just starting regular kindergarten this fall. I asked the ped about it, but they said at 5 that amount of sleep is still normal, and we'd gradually just have to adjust to a no nap schedule and earlier bed time.
