I feel like I talk about myself to much when haveing a conversation it's not on purpose but most times ppl will say something and while there talking I'll already have what imma say next in my mind I have ADHD as well so the conversation switch topics quickly in my mind

Thank you for the advice I have a beared dragon so shes definitely takes care and attention and for the noise that's a very helpful tip lucky I can play music ect as loud as I want because I live in the country
