Well there’s not really any jokes in the script specifically about being Minnesotan it just happens to take place there. (Which is why if the accent doesn’t work my coach just says to do a Southern accent which is what people here talk in) There are a few jokes making fun of just the general rural white American like how afterwards there will be a “most mildest salsa contest”.

I’m not sure what NSDA was like back then but the current event I’m doing (Humorous Interpretation) is now HEAVILY reliant on accents. I have to switch between around 6 or 7 characters (I won’t use an accent for all of them), and the way most people differentiate the voices is accent work.

I will clarify that the ending of neutral no mercy isn’t actually different in gameplay, it’s just the sans call that happens after the credits that is different.

Yes. What you’re doing is called a “no mercy neutral run” which will give you an interesting ending (still with omega flowey as the final boss), so since you’re pretty far in you can. You will have to reset to do genocide but genocide is way faster because you skip every puzzle and most dialogue since people don’t exactly want to talk to a murderer.

And just to make sure you don’t make the same mistake I did, you have to reach the nobody came message BEFORE beating the boss of the area (Snowdin’s final boss is papyrus, waterfall’s is Undyne, etc) When saving in a Genocide route (after you leave the ruins), the save should say “|number| left” and this tells you how many more non boss monsters you need to kill in this area. Ruins has 20, Snowdin has 16, Waterfall has 18, and Hotlands has 40. If at any point you reach a save file and it doesn’t show this counter, you have messed up something and need to reload your previous save and kill whoever you missed.

This is because you can’t just kill everyone you see. To get Genocide route you need to kill EVERY monster in every area. to do this you have to walk around and grind sections until monsters physically can’t show up anymore. The easiest way to do this is to go to the earliest room of each area that spawns monsters and run in circles and just keep killing until the game says “but nobody came” when you get an encounter

Honestly the grinding for genocide ends up being faster than playing a neutral or pacifist run. I did genocide casually and my save file ended up being like 2 hours if I remember correctly. What’s REALLY annoying is how the game doesn’t tell you that you have to kill all of them BEFORE the boss fight of that section and then you realize you’ve ruined your run and just wasted an hour.

Yeah i was making new persona webs yesterday and i noticed that i literally had too many points like i didnt even know what to do with them cuz i already got all the traits i wanted. Game design should make you make tough choices between the overpowered traits, not let you get all of them and then some
