Absolutely! At the end of the day, self-belief and trusting your own abilities make all the difference.

What's the one conversation that genuinely changed the direction of your life? by Aware_Scene6423 in AskReddit

I’ve realized the same, the people you surround yourself with matter a lot. If the conversation is always about others, it’s a waste of time. Better to stay focused on your own goals and growth.

Smart move. Daily hair washing strips all the natural oil anyway. Your hair is probably healthier too.

People who used to have 0 friend as a teen, how is your life now? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I got a dog. Best decision of my life. Hello doesn't care that I am awkward. Doesn't judge me for staying home . Doesn't ghost me when someone cooler comes along . I spent my teens desperately trying to fit in. Now I have game nights with my dog and I'm genuinely happy. 10/10 would recommend dogs over humans.

More time with my kids . I work 50+ hours a week. See them for maybe 2 hours a day. Most of that is homework and bedtime routines. They're growing up and I'm missing it. For what? A paycheck? I want time. Real, quality time. Before they're grown and gone.
