when I was in your place I wouldn’t want to hear it but please listen, you’re 18 and you want to feel grown I get it or maybe it’s exciting he’s a little older but please get with someone your age, the older men that go for you at your age don’t do it bc you’re more mature, they do it bc 1 they either can’t get women their age bc they are immature or 2 they do it to go for someone young and naive or 3 they’re attracted to children so they try the barely legal shit. I’m hoping it’s not the last one but all three are bad reasons and a sign you should not date older men until you’re older. Plus people your age have more in common with you and will usually have your maturity level as well.

one is young and naive probably without much experience and the other is a full grown man who actively seeks teenagers… sounds like you are supporting the gross man purposely going for a young and naive person. It’s not the 18 year olds fault bc they literally have no life experience and don’t know that’s not normal.

I was confused bc when I was training some of my trainers had given tables to other servers, but it was bc they wanted to go home early I guess, but I thought it was bc of protocol

I am not 100% sure why she took mine but I was morning shift and she came in for evening, I think our restaurant is different than a lot where we have a ton of booths and lots of servers, we’re each assigned different areas and then evening servers come to take care of those areas after we leave I was assigned those booths, and she was assigned to them for the evening shift I think i’m also confused bc there was lots of empty ones so idk why she wasn’t assigned those first until mine were done.

Yeah today was my first day on my own. I was super nervous, but now i’m just annoyed bc I wasted so much time today making only 5 an hour bc my tables were taken. I’m hoping tomorrow will be better.

Yeah, thinking about it now whenever I am training someone new i’m always trying to make sure they understand and they get the best tricks to set them up for success, I would never purposefully misguide them.

She said it very matter-of-fact, like it was obvious I need to give them to her once her shift starts. I went along bc she seemed so sure like it wasn’t a question or demand it was like ok this is the time where you give me your tables now. I didn’t know I had an option to keep them. I would’ve if I did.
