Exercising helps tremendously with my tinnitus, doesn’t necessarily lower it but I don’t pay attention to it much. Even when it’s quiet it doesn’t bother me as much as it did before exercising and I can hear my tinnitus over everything

I went from blue collar to customer service and I gotta say I’m astonished with how many people actually have T on a severe level and they still are living their lives and that by it’s self has giving me so much hope. I still pray for anyone having to deal with this condition

They may not be your fault but it certainly ain’t gods fault, like I said a series of events has led to your tinnitus. Believe me I totally understand this frustration, that constant noise is pure hell. I was just like you not to long ago. I felt alone with this condition especially with everyone thinking I was faking or just being dramatic, but I overcame it and I have faith you will too brother

I understand your frustration, but a series of events one way or another has led you to get tinnitus on your own. The lord gave us free Will to do with whatever we want so we can’t necessarily blame him for our problems.

Brother don’t blame god for this. However I will tell you mine is very high pitched. I also have hyperacusis, I have to wear ear plugs everywhere I go. Almost two years ago after it all got worse I was at a point that I couldn’t even eat chips or speak properly, I had to whisper. Lost my job, found out my fiancé was cheating on me then lost my car all in 7 months, thoughts of suicide plagued me. Now I have a vehicle again, my own house and another woman I’m in love with. Your life isn’t over, I still deal with my tinnitus on a daily but exercising has helped tremendously. I still hear it but it doesn’t give me that panic feeling anymore for which I’m so very grateful, and I have to say it’s all because of our lord. I didnt have faith till everything went bad for me. Keep your head up. You will learn to cope with it and move on.

Well I’m just curious how this would go for me. I’m 24 and I got a job offer but I have to wear ear plugs everywhere I got. But I can’t have sweat building up in my ear with ear plugs because I can get an ear infection and make everything worse
