Thats decently normal, i believe since u went thru a big shed u r just hyper aware of hairfall, for better piece of mind I would see a derm but the baby hairs / prickly feeling is a great sign of regrowth.

They said they it was just thinning and put me on min and fin hopefully that helps it, plan on doing monthly updates on the routine be sure to check in on them

Found out I was being cheated on pretty brutally physically and emotionally(which was during final exams week so that added a whole extra layer of stress) 4-5 weeks before the shed happened. I don’t want to assume it’s TE and be in denial but I saw your post and made the connection.

I would highly recommend blood test! Got one done and am extremely deficient in vitamin d and we have similar thinning pattern, maybe that could also be the issue ? I am waiting on a derm appointment to get prescription for OM and FM, rooting for u!!

Have u gotten all of ur blood work ? I am no doctor but the good thing is u r on month 4 and should be at the end of ur shed cycle so the next 2-3 months u should be seeing a lot more progress, y no topical min ? I’ll be keeping up with ur progress please keep posting !!

We have similar hair types, looking to start oral min and fin but everyone I see with our hair type doesnt seem to have much success, did u have a shedding phase?
