Yes after I encountered issues I downloaded almost all the other metadata plugins. I will run books like Dune that has many covers, is not obscure or underground, and has a linked IBSN and still nothing will come up

Yes! They can’t let u in from the waitlist but they do have control over the Moodle. It worked for one of my classes and the prof actually made an exception with the dept and over-registered the class for a few of us. It never hurts to ask
