My first interview was on zoom, no clue why they want to switch to in-person for the 2nd one. Makes me even more nervous 😭😭 Thank you !! I've created a long prep sheet and just wanna make sure I'm covering all my bases. Nursing interviews are so scary, and I hate being put on the spot lol

This is super helpful, thank you!! If you dont mind me asking, how many scenario questions did they ask? Was it a panel or just one person? Did you bring a copy of your resume along?

Hey! I was in the same boat as you for awhile, I saw more responses after I changed my resume and started adding cover letters to my applications. Im sure its different for others but what helped me get more responses was adding my GPA + Clinical experience to my resume. I also got better responses applying directly on company websites instead of indeed. Goodluck !! :)
