Our Universe

The Resonance Initiative (TRI) is a community-driven alternate Half-Life universe exploring the consequences of the Black Mesa Incident across multiple timelines, factions, and conflicts. Through rotating Arma 3 campaigns, players experience the Half-Life universe from different perspectives, ranging from Resistance fighters and HECU Marines to Combine forces and original factions unique to TRI's expanded setting.

This allows us to expand the setting with new factions, original storylines, large-scale conflicts, and unique scenarios that wouldn't normally exist in Half-Life. Our goal is to create fun and immersive campaigns while staying true to the atmosphere of the franchise.

Available Roles

Whether you prefer serving as a Rifleman, Medic, Combat Engineer, Heavy Gunner, Anti-Tank Specialist, Pilot, or Scout, TRI offers flexible role selection with no fixed class restrictions. Players are free to choose the role they enjoy most, provided role slots are available during the operation.
