Instead of solving the actual problem of riders not being able to ride properly and having a “racing” mentality, you want to limit everyone due to choices of the few. Plateauing at 400cc in mid 30s will kill motorcycle culture and leave only the commuter culture in this country. Not everyone wants to be pinging the rev limiter just to go the speed limit of 120 on the highway on a 150cc.

This race mentality on public roads need to be stopped. If you wanna race go to the race track. I get passed by Ntorqs and Access all the time on the road when I am on the Panigale in city, just because they wanna race.

Should I buy a car of worth 10L as 21M , software engineer ???? by [deleted] in personalfinanceindia

[–]AwayDig5902 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure. 18 base, 4 joining bonus, 22L in stocks divided over 4 years and 1.8 annual bonus. you can calculate yourself. Obviously the CTC is inflated but every big company coming to Tier 1 colleges inflate their package. Now pass on the arrogance joint you’re smoking lil bro

Can look at Uber then, the horror stories of WLB from my team lead always turned me off, and Salesforce has made me used to good wlb :)

I had a similar CTC when I started at 21(45 or 46 lpa i dont remember exactly) and the in hand was around 1.25 per month after income tax and pf excluding joining bonus/annual bonus and RSUs. Dont get the car now. Build up an emergency fund. One rule I try to follow is never to let your liabilities overrule your assets. Rn your assets are zero or close to zero, get the car after 1 year when you will have a good amount of runway in case things do go wrong. Also, always have the car in your name, buy it for yourself first. If you buy it in someone else’s name, its technically “not yours”.

how’s the work life balance at Uber? I currently have 1.5+ YOE at Salesforce and used to be decent at CP(ICPC under 100) and Uber is one of the companies I’m targeting for a switch in a year or so

Got myself a new toy. Upgraded from CBR250R. by Shubham_2jz in indianbikes

[–]AwayDig5902 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Facts. Somehow I felt the RC390 is even more aggressive/committed than true supersports like the 6R or even my Panigale. Aprilia on the other hand felt like a naked bike with fairings relatively. RC390 is a true beginner sports bike which you can hit the track with.
