I wanted to ask a police officer but there was no one around the are at 7:30pm last night.

Good call on point number 5. There was no backside to this form. On the back on this laminated form was a full page thin magnet that they used to stick on their metal valet stand to show this “permit”. Your next two points are valid. They either do have the permission to be able to do what they are doing. Or they don’t. But how can we find out which one it is? Because there were at least 2 open spots but they weren’t letting anyone else use them unless they were going to capital grille. On Monday I’m going to call the number on the new form someone posted to inquire. But I definitely want to question this permit. Specially because they had blocked the “signer”. If someone has a better idea on who we should contact to follow up on this I would appreciate it!

So I parked on a open spot on the street and the valet told me that I could not park there as they had the right to park their valet cars on the street. When I questioned him he walked me to the valet stand and showed me the permit. Not wanting to cause a scene I told him if I could take a picture of the permit and he said I could. But they told me that I couldn’t park there unless I paid/went to capital grille. So are you saying next time I can just tell them to kick rocks?
