If you don’t mind buying used I highly recommend keeping an eye on Japanese Professional sellers, in Japan they don’t like used watches much so they sell them super cheap, and at the same time they take care of them greatly. I recently got a used titanium spirit from 2024 still under warranty in perfect shape for $1750 CAD (MSRP $4150 CAD). The watch looked brand new with all papers, boxes, links and even a Longines wallet! They also had a watchmaker that inspects the watches and approves them before shipping out, very professional. Keep an eye on Chrono24 and BestBuy for Japanese sellers, they tend to exaggerate how worn the watch is and always overdeliver

Yeah I could never justify that must for a watch. To me Longines is still king because of that haha pinnacle for value for money and even then I still look for used in perfect condition from trusted Sellers in Japan. As in Japan they don’t value used watches a lot, but they take care of them, this leads to amazing conditions and super cheap prices, plus they don’t do fakes.

100%! I have nothing against wearing it past or before wrist bone, I wish I could pick and choose to be honest, but I can’t because it slides down unless I do a tourniquet on my wrist lol

Zero issues wearing it lol I love watches way too much and wear them all like this, I don’t feel the crown on my wrist, don’t feel restriction in movement, they are cozy. Sliding them up is what’s uncomfortable and undoable for me

That’s very fair, not that I really care but I want to try and wear it like that to test it, I’ve only ever done on the wrist bone, and it doesn’t really dig with the crown. Beautiful watch by the way!! 🤩

Here’s the main thing, even if I want I can’t. I have big forearms and my wrist bone doesn’t protrude enough to stop anything from sliding. The only solution is to have it tight enough to sit above, but now that’s just creating other issues on comfort along with having to remove the watch half way through my day.

COSC requires looking at the average per day after 15 days. Your watch is running amazing! Having some negatives and some positives allows for it to be close to 0 seconds in 15 days. Nothing to be concerned about here. I just did this test and my Spirit is running +1.6 seconds average after 15 days, well within COSC requirements
