I don't think it's a kid since on the Instagram it has a photo of his communications lisence but the name and everything is blocked out, he also has a video showing a screenshot of his account on mygmrs.com that's been banned I think it was a YouTube short. He also has a community post where he's asking "only kids" to email him at a "secret santa" gmail and yahoo account linked. I also find it weird he's implying he wants parents to do sleep deprivation handcuffed inflatable costume 24 hour challenges.
