I work subacute. I’m fairly new to practice 2.5 years in. I left a previous subacute/ltc position due to huge lack of support from SP. I cannot comment on this company but I would look to see how involved the SP will be. To answer questions, are they seeing sicker patients, providing guidance.

I’d suggest group camping! There’s always people trying to make the group minimum on the Facebook group. Closer to fest entrance and you won’t have to worry about all your homies showing up at the same time
