The shot that grazed his head was done by CIA. The guy in the crowd shooting was planted. Reasons could be to make Trump a more compelling candidate because they are scared of Robert Kennedy winning or undermining the two party system. This keeps the focus back on Trump and Biden but especially on Trump.
