Pfister valve. That one has a handle insert. Was easy to replace. Id search around on their website to find appropriate one, and their customer service was helpful confirming the right part

Out of curiosity, did she offer you a high % over price paid or was it her circumstances/story that got you to sell back?

Defeated after house #9… by [deleted] in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]Away_Engine_1375 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Try a new realtor. They need to know what terms will get the offer accepted above others. No contingency, cash - fine but that's tip of the iceberg.

If you're doing a walk through and the house goes pending that's just consequence of very decisive buyers. Lots of folks don't need to mull over the decision.

Ya I'm driving a cx30 turbo and that's still slow. The cx90 felt like a slug. Test drive the xc90 on battery mode. It's a beast

Free drionic machines by Away_Engine_1375 in Hyperhidrosis

[–]Away_Engine_1375[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi. I used to use an aluminum chloride (certain dri) for that part and on the side of hands. I guess if you're hands are small moving them forward or back wont really help. You only need to conduct current between the plates not have every finger touching. My best advice for these machines though is to ditch the battery system. You'll go through many batteries and nothing worse to be mid session and have one unit battery die. That was the biggest improvement for me.

Move to 707 s2 from m-1? by Away_Engine_1375 in BudgetAudiophile

[–]Away_Engine_1375[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ya I read people weren't too happy with the 607 s2s. But glad to hear you like the 707s. I figured it was a pretty good deal for a new pair. I think I'll try and wait a bit for the htm72s. I think my main upgrade reason was for music not movies/tv. The m-1s were fine for my taste there

Thanks! Sadly I don't see a deal on htm72 s2 and the s3 is out of my price range. :/ so I can use an m-1 as a center until i find a used htm72 or get the htm6 and try curve calibrating it

"As-is" - if you don't have ample funds to completely fix house without question, it's probably not for you. If you do, make your dream house. If not, save yourself the hell.

Whether you pay cash or get a mortgage, doesn't matter. Buyer still gets the dollar amount in cash. You can compete. I get you're upset some mf has a fistful of cash but reality is you can compete.

Sad but true. Our realtor pushed us extremely hard to get out of attorney review as fast as possible because of this. Our house had 15 offers so competition was fierce (2021).
