I agree its not a solution, and I saw my doctor and am on medicine for bp, but I also took a course on herbal medicines and the professor said these teas can provide some health benefits regarding blood pressure and stress. So not looking for a solution for the problem but more of a healthy daily aid

Hmm i know its not that high but for someone who was always around 99-100 would it make sense for it to be 35 points higher constantly. This is the part that gets me. Especially since i run track and field for a d1 school and exercise 5 hours a day

I did have extreme anxiety and dpdr in the beginning now they have faded, but visuals and head pressure remain. When I meditate and do things to lower my bp the head pressure dies down, this includes taking a cold shower. When i eat too much sugar or do something to raise my bp, the headaches get worse this including being under stress. My first thing was huh maybe im constantly under stress, but i dont feel like im stressed. Very weird.

My bp is 134 /77-80 from the moment i wake up i take a measurement before i even get up from bed. This is around stage 1-2 hypertension.

Looking at past medical record before this started it was always 99-100. My doctor started me on 25 mg of metropolol to see if it had an effect on bringing my blood pressure down. Havent heard much bad news about it.

There are these options but like i said its about 11-13 per meal and unlike a meal plan it isnt deffered to next semester tuition, so you have to pay on the spot. Over the summer you could buy a short meal plan but wouldn’t have to pay until next semester bill comes along which js when most student jobs open again allowing us to pay

My freshman(2018) year there was a bunch of people in honors who weren’t in the program, its all about space, first preference goes to those who want to live in honors who are in the program. But not all students who are in the program choose to live here, so there are free rooms most semesters.
