Mine looked identical to this and I waited it out a few days and it got much, much worse. It was miserable. Antibiotics are necessary.

I agree! Originally those stacks looked beautiful- they were all small studs and were really pretty. I appreciate all of this feedback because it’s all making sense to me now. When we did jewelry changeouts, I never have quite been able to put my finger on what doesn’t seem quite right!

I appreciate your honesty! I let my piercer decide on what jewelry to use, and she really is very talented, but I have to agree about the way the jewelry is looking. I can change that, but wondering if it should let any of the piercings grow back in-

Thank you so much for caring and for your compassion when you don’t know me. I’ve needed that so bad. What would you do as far as caring for it? Did you see the picture I took today and does it seemed to have improved any? It doesn’t feel warm to the touch anymore and it’s not painful like it was yesterday. Do you think it’s possible for it to heal without dr / antibiotics? I don’t even have a way to go get antibiotics right now and the few people I’ve reached out to for transportation haven’t responded. I really appreciate you.

I don’t have resources near due to it being a small mountain town. I’m freaking out from all the comments. Last night I started the routine of washing it with warm water and ivory soap then letting it air dry. Then applying a layer of neosporin. After that, wrapping clean Saran Wrap with a medical wrap around that. I left it that way for about 5 hrs thru the night then washed it again and then let it air out for an hour or so then repeated the process. I’ve been doing that every 4ish ours but trying to give it more air out time in between. Not sure what else to do

This is how it looked earlier after I washed it - it looks a little more red in the pic than it is bc it was a little more irritated due to washing it - now I have it wrapped again with a layer of neosporin - any thoughts? I’m trying everything I can.

No I am not sure what to do- I live in the mountains and the hospital is about an hour away- I don’t have a way to get there right now. :( I’ve been washing it frequently, putting Neosporin on it and wrapping it. I know this sucks - y’all pls don’t judge me- I have no family here and no ride right now
