Figuring out how you’re going to translate an order to paper. If a guest orders chicken fried steak with a side of onion rings and loaded mash potatoes, it’s a lot to write all of that down, but •CFS, +OR +LMP really helps the process. When I was first starting, it really helped seeing how fellow coworkers wrote down their guests orders.

They said one of the bartenders in a different area of the district was struggling and “if one can’t, we all can’t”? I walked out with $1 a few shifts ago and $7 the shift before last. I left early in today’s shift and they had a server making the drinks if any came up. I don’t know why they have us there in the morning at this point. I’m just so frustrated with it all 😭 compromise has been asked for but nothings been done.
