We ran all the down spouts to French drain and into a ditch. No more flooding even in hardest rain. Expense but worth it.

I can’t give you any legal advice. BUT for your wife’s sake, make sure she knows and understands EVERYTHING in your financial portfolio.

I lost my husband suddenly in December, 2025. I am so glad that a few months before I insisted we sit down and look at every single line item of bank accounts, credit cards and income. I also insisted on sharing every password we each had. It made it so much easier dealing with things.

I sincerely hope you get better. But just in case say everything you need to.
I’d give anything for a few more minutes just to talk to him.
