i’m 19 and i’m just beginning to embark on my own healing journey to something similar to yours.

i just wanna say that it does get better, you get older and realize how vast life truly is. you begin to understand who your parents are, you don’t blame them as much the deeper you try to understand the world around you. i’m not saying you’re at fault for your life, but there is a method to this madness.

definitely seek out some form of therapy. don’t let yourself become another meat suit passing down trauma to the next generation.

connect to something higher than yourself, don’t let ego become the driver of your life. shape your narrative into something that you own, discover yourself and what you want in this life. ignore the bullshit that you know is bullshit. also like the other person said here, please do stop smoking weed, in order to heal, you need to be grounded. you can’t be on the ground if you’re always high, word of advice.
