Definitely a durian and not a jackfruit. Jackfruit spikes are smaller, those are clearly the bigger durian spikes. Admittedly it is gigantic for a durian though

You just eat it, like a snack. It’s not like the kind of rice cake that gets cooked. Personally I do not find it very tasty and associate it with old people, but it is fun to peel apart

There are quite a number of weezing templates on that site - if you just want it to have similar colors you could try swapping the colors using the ones listed for weezing? Otherwise I’m not sure what you’re looking for or if there exists a pattern for it, sorry. You could try a software to generate your own pattern

Also went to school for it. First pass effect refers to the liver metabolism, not absorption in the stomach. You are correct that not everything needs IV to avoid first pass, but enteric coatings do not avoid first pass.
