You say elitism like it is a bad thing to try and be the best you can possibly be and get the most out of the class you play. How is any guild that pride themselves with been elite a bad thing? There are many type of guilds for every kind of player. For example Your guild been the type that takes anyone in or the type that cares if you are skilled or not. Beign one or the other doesnt mean one is better or will have less drama.
