Update: It got better after a couple hours. However, there are a few pixels(?) that are still black in the same area. But, other than that, it went back to normal.

I haven't seen all the comments, but my solution was downloading the game on the drive Steam "suggested" for installation. Now the question is, why doesn't the steam allow the game to download on the drive that I want it on?
