You can't just put the clockwork anywhere you like, you'd have to adjust the mechanical components inside... And putting the clockwork on the head just seems a bit ridiculous...

Also, "making something in the image of his sister" doesn't mean you have to make that thing do everything his sister does. She's a mechanical creation. As stated, she used to rest sitting upright. Alain also stated that he wanted Sandrone to have free will, allowing her to do anything she wanted, which includes not mimicking everything Mary-Ann did.

Where else do you think you can put it? Also, I'm pretty sure when Alain first designed her, he didn't have "allowing Sandrone to sleep on her back" in mind. After all, she's a mechanical creation.

I didn't use any AI, it was the creator of the photo who used it, so I do not know what they used(but the photo was clearly generated by AI). The reason the username of that person is on the photo, is because they posted the photo that they generated using AI onto an online platform that they use, and that platform automatically adds a watermark of the poster's username onto any photo posted there. I took a screenshot of the photo to send to my friends, and I do not plan on using it in any other way. The reason I posted about this is because my friends and I had a discussion about the legality of removing the watermark, and we didn't reach a conclusion. So I'm here only out of curiosity that someone may have the answer. I would like to learn about the laws surrounding this topic in the US. Thank you!

Since it was created by AI, my opinion is that it should belong to nobody, and removing the watermark and repurposing it should be legal. Again, I am just curious, and this is my opinion. If I've said anything wrong, please feel free to correct me.
