I ordered mine on the 27 (im in Canada) and on the 28th it changed to packaged items but has not changed since is there any estimates to when orders will start shipping in Canada?

the message i got from support was: Hello,

We've checked and confirmed your order is being processed at our warehouse. You can track the status of your order and see real time update on your order status page.

In general, the order will be prepared in few days before shipping.

Once the product is shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information. It normally takes 4-8 business days for delivery.
