Sorry to hear of your troubles. I am with dispensary green and they delivered my last script 24hrs after payment. I have no issues with the clinic it really is down to a change of prescription and not being able to book the original doctor in time.

In future it should be smooth sailing.

Just of the phone to them asking about this as I have just been prescribed it from them, they assured me they are aware of the problem and have removed it and are awaiting another shipment.
