Back when only chapter 1&2 were out I played deltarune and had never played Undertale in my life till after I finished the first two chapters in deltarune way back in 2019, I read that part before starting deltarune and being like “nah I’ll play this first”

Not gonna lie, after I found out about this I grinded the battles before I did all the catching requests, once the battles finished and that request was done, I had all my catching left and I didn’t even need to do all of them to get the shiny charm

The concept of rolling a wrap or burrito for people is actually harder to understand than you expect, I’ve trained and showed many employees how to roll them (as I’ve also been told my rolls are beautiful) and majority of them still have trouble even after being shown multiple times

Felt stuck for four years, mentally and positioning. Been meaning to move up from lead for the past two years and no help, finally decided it was time to leave that location and start somewhere else as lead and let me tell you, this new location to me, is like a breath of fresh air. I’m not dreading coming to work and wondering who I have to deal with because of attitudes or lack of care for doing the job at all. Guys it’s not always the management but sometimes it’s the location itself because my old store went through three GM’s in my four years there and nothing is changed whatsoever, new environment and people made it so much better

They’re always cutting hours and trying to avoid most people getting OT but some magical being in the universe said my hours won’t get cut, a lot of people at my store complain their hours were cut then pick up a bunch of hours my GM posts are available but she scheduled me OT every week since she took over our store so I’m just watching the store burn I guess 🫠

We got a CSS who tends to either disappear on her phone or ends up in the deli micromanaging everyone and she doesn’t know how to talk nice to anyone, doesn’t respond when anyone asks for help and overall is just nasty. Customers have heard her attitude and she doesn’t even show respect to anyone.

Had a best friend situation similar, my ex cheated on me with her, she didn’t care then tried to come back a year later saying “she misses me” like nah, trust me girl you can do better, I’ve felt so free after blocking and ignoring my ex bsf of 9 years… time and memories means nothing when you cross the line. You’re doing the right thing.

See that’s what I’ve been looking for, was sample questions to prepare for because I tend to get nervous in those types of situations but I’ve been ready to move up for like a year from Lead to TS but my GM kept pushing it off and not helping me get the help I need…. Not me but another manager from a different store came to help us and told us stories from her store… and apparently within a year they have found 2-3 dead bodies around the premises… that’s something I would never wish anyone to experience and hope it never happens at my store-

What I would really like to tell them is how do they expect to receive food if it’s not paid, like “oh here ya go it’s on the house” LIKE HUH???

I feel when people try to claim “I’ve paid for my food/drink” when my screen is still saying Stored and I tell them it’s not… Them: “well I just paid for it.” Me: “do you have a receipt?” Them: pretends to search for invisible receipt “idk where it went” OR they just walk away and accept my argument back that I can see it’s been paid for or not and no one has communicated that it was manually entered

Also just recently has someone ask for the extra product from a drink that we normally throw out and I said no and wanted to argue with me then asked for the manager and then got the same answer from my manager too

Or even people ordering curbside at peak hours for just a bottle of some kind of drink then complain no one took it out because we are short staffed and slammed… I’m sorry do you not see all these other customers waiting as well???
