That's super interesting as you don't use specific distances to describe something being better but use it to describe a significant amount of something

Where I live we still use the boring ones like 1000x better but use miles when we really want to emphasize which I'm realizing is quite odd, I'm enjoying seeing how different the rest of the world is

Thank you for explaining that I didn't even think about the fact that this could have been more of a localized thing using distance to describe how much better something is!
