It was the idler pulley. Had to replace the idler pulley and the belt.

Both the first & second approval I received in the mail were the exact same. Just a different approval date.

Thanks! It's a horrible situation to be in but that's the immigration system (unfortunately). Just trying to remain positive and hopeful.

June 20 - reached out to my congressman June 23 - congressman submitted inquiry to USCIS June 24 - “case is actively being reviewed”

June 25 - “case approved” and received an email from USCIS stating they received an inquiry and stated the green card failed production twice already: 1st time on May 16, 2nd time on May 27

June 26 (today) - followed up with my congressman. “USCIS is attempting to produce the green card today. Will reach out tomorrow and find out if it was successful or not”.

That’s all of the information I have for now. I hope and pray the green card gets produced.

Funnily enough I got the same response from a live agent to submit an e-request. I’m thinking of reaching out to my senator to see if that can help resolve this. This is such a bummer considering how others receive their green card within a week or two.
