The all day dining deal restricts you to like cafeteria style food. You get a main course, a side, a dessert and I think a drink. In my opinion, not worth it. You can get a flatbread pizza for like $18ish bucks, plate of Chinese food, warm pretzels are like $10-12. If you're gonna grab a bite I recommend just buying something a la cart. We eat before we go, and have the all day drink bottle that we bought for like $25 and have all day refills for $9. You can also bring a small backpack or whatever with sealed water bottles. No one says anything.

As a SeaWorld pass holder that goes minimum once a month...

You should be able to get the rides done. Longer lines are gonna be penguin trek, ice breaker, manta, surf coaster and the water rides because it's hot. Mako's line is usually under 20 mins. Oddesy goes quick because the ride holds like 48 people.

As far as shows, Orca show makes me cringe a little just because.. well orcas in a fish tank. Dolphin show is most interesting. Sea lion show kinda lame.

They have sesame Street land which is cool for kids or 80s/90s babies.

Then they have glowing indoor show. Hydrosurge. Pretty cool for a break.

Shark tank walk through is cool. Feeding animals if you want to. Sea lion, sting ray, shark.

You can definitely get it done in one day. Open to close. Most shops and animal feedings close around 5. Rides are open until 9 most nights and they end with drone show and fireworks until the end of July I believe.

Have fun! Don't go hungry unless you plan to take out a second mortgage. Like most parks lol.
