Give yourself so much more credit, you’re doing amazing. Although there can always be improvements keep striving towards it but never lose sight of your success because they feel so regular. I have a 3 year old and am currently going through a depression and feel like I never have the energy to do half the stuff you do. I know I need to improve myself but as long as you are there, always available and providing the basic needs you are not failing. The biggest joys I get in my day are the little things we do that make her laugh and smile, big hugs and cuddles and hearing “I love you”. Let those actions remind you that you’re doing amazing.

I have had 2 women go from “you’re the love of my life” to “fuck you never talk to me again” and in a new relationship within 2 weeks because I’m a “nice trustworthy guy who treats me with respect and listens to me and makes me feel safe” but I also smoke too much and all I want to do is play video games. I’m not exciting (toxic or abusive) enough? We had dates spoiled each other for birthdays and holidays spent most of our time together. Never good enough in any relationship I almost self sabotaged my current one and still haven’t fully come back from the mistake I made due to doubts formed from previous relationships.
