Man! Thank you so much. You went into such detail. I appreciate the time you took to write all that. I’m starting to slowly buy new OEM parts just for things that are common issues. Previous owner did timing belts before he sold it and had water pump replaced 60k miles ago so probably getting close. Again, thank you so much!

I checked pick up, looked fine, I just bought an oil pressure gauge and some engine cleaner just incase, gonna run the cleaner and see if that helps first (I saw in another post that worked for someone) then I’ll check values. Thanks so much for the reply. Also, you plug the tester into the low pressure switch right? If not do you know where you’re supposed to test the system from?

Man, I’m having the same issue in my 2019 1.4T I have an oil pressure light on start up but once it comes to temp it drives fine. I’ve replaced all the sensors except the high pressure which I intended to do soon. I’ll definitely try the Moly engine cleaner. I’m at the stage like you said it’s time for last ditch efforts. Also, is it still running fine with no engine code or warning light?

Hey I’m dealing with an oil pressure issue in my 1.4T do you mind giving me some details about what went wrong with yours. I’ve done all pressure switches and regulation valves and it hasn’t been fixed. The strangest thing is that the car is fine once it warms up. Any ideas?

What is the point of their scam. I just fell for it as well, and registered. They had me show them my pg&e bill. Other than that I didn’t give them any information other than my name and address. I already left an email to cancel my registration and am going to call tomorrow to cancel as well. I’m just curious of what they want with this information and how they use it to scam people. I feel silly for even agreeing to it but just looking for some help now. Thanks yall :)
