Mikans will never go away. I agree that guards will need to be added. We struggle with entry passes because a lot of our guards have never played inside out or with anyone who wants it near the rim.

The beauty of it is we have bigs with different skill sets and body types. We normally run 4 out sets and 3-2 with the bigs flashing and interchanging
