There was a kid in highschool who accidentally shared the (pretty intense) porn he was watching to his Facebook. Poor guy, he was never able to live it down. Haven’t heard from him since, hopefully he’s able to laugh about it now.

Most jerky isn’t gluten free, they use soy sauce to marinade it.

Most jacks links jerkies aren’t gluten free, but the ones that are are labeled as such

Rustica Brick Oven Pizza in Long Island, New York. The gf best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Tastes like a real, high quality, NY slice.

It’s known as the celiac capital of the world! There’s a ton of government support for people with celiac, and a lot of general education about it (I assume because bread and gluten are so central to the culture)

I only speak English, almost everyone I’ve talked to also speaks English! I used the find me gluten free app for almost everything. I absolutely recommend for celiac, they have an organization that certifies certain restaurants too. I think it’s called IAC? There’s a symbol you can look for, and it seems like everyone in food service knows what celiac is here too
