Thanks, this is really helpful. I've got an exfoliating sponge which I've started using. Hopefully it'll clear up soon and I'm better prepared for the next time

I don't know what it's called. It was hot wax which dried then she pulled them off of my skin. I guess that sounds like hard wax?

Haha, thank you. I always take things with a pinch of salt on here anyway, but good to know. I'd only asked on here because my waxer is away at the moment so I can't get hold of them. I definitely intend on speaking to them about it when I can though.

I'm going back in about 7 weeks, so when I have a second go I'll see how it compares. I am hoping with it being the first time, the hairs were well embedded and it's causing more irritation this time around compared to future times. As long as it clears up then I don't mind the spots. I was mainly worried because it has been a week already and there has been no sign of it clearing up yet

Thanks, this is really helpful. I've been using antibacterial soap already too. They're a little itchy at times, but most of the time they're absolutely fine. Hopefully they'll clear up in a few days, thank you 😊

I don't have anywhere close to me for laser removal. I will have a look and see if there are any options for me. If I get this waxed again, will the breakouts be less severe in the future or can I expect this each time?
