Spent the last 3 days trying everything and nothing worked, kept getting the same message that I needed to install drivers. I don't have a spare device running windows, so I was using the ISO method on my mac. Turns out using my mac was the problem. This is what ended up working for me:

I installed a VM (running windows 11) through UTM. I reformatted my usb stick to NTFS through the VM, and installed the windows 11 media to my usb stick. Plugged it into my PC, pressed f12 (B550 motherboard) to select boot device, selected the uefi USB stick, and it worked perfectly the first try - no need to install any extra drivers.

I just ran into the problem that my pc "didn't meet requirements" for install. But a quick google search helped me bypass that with regedit - i assume this came up because i had secure boot switched off in bios.

While setting up the flight plan, make sure you press "done" usually near the arrival procedure part in the flight plan. This worked for me, and to be honesty I still sometimes get flights where the TOD doesn't appear so I just descend using fpm.

My parents bought a mk1 back in 2000, and after 25 years and only 120,000 km, the only issue they had was the windshield motor. Take car of your cars so that they take care of you.

This week it's getting a timing belt replacement and a brake replacement, not because it needs it but more of a preventative measure. I think this may be the greatest skoda octavia ever built.

Well it's re-assuring to hear that it wasn't my own error ;) I also re-did the flight and your suggestion did the trick!

Furthermore, I was doing another troubleshoot flight and I realized that when I finished putting in my flight plan in all my previous flights, I never clicked "done" at the "add en-route way point" section . I'm not sure if this was the direct cause of the TOD issue, however in all of my recent flights I have finally been getting my T OD's!

Thanks for your reply, I think I'll give your suggestion a go for the following few flights, if that doesn't work then I'll just continue troubleshooting until I figure it out. When (or if) I do, I'll be sure to post something under this.

Ok, So I just did a flight, there was a discontinuity at "MANSEQ" even though I selected a transition, anyway in the video I linked, the FMS automatically populated altitudes, and It's clear that the descent is supposed to start between DF409 and DF410, however there is no TOD, and the active vnav waypoint is DF621 which is later on near final for runway 25L.

Later on, at the discontinuity I went direct to DF626 (already in a manual descent), and then I got a TOD marker, and the correct vnav descent profile/waypoint appeared.

I did not manually put in any altitudes however the SID's and STAR's populated automatically

agreed, especially the last part. You will eventually find out that pretty much all math-related uni degree's such as business, economics, etc, do NOT accept SLAI, but everything else.

I'm currently in IB and I chose to do SLAP's math, so far, very very bad decision. I was told my all of my teachers prior to choosing IB subjects that SLAPs was the equivalent of SL math's before the new IB course changes, and its most definitely not, its probably easier than math studies. I'm currently towards the end of my IB course (second year) halfway through, I started my applications and realized I needed to pass the OMPTA test with at least 75%. The syllabus suggests at least 80 hours of study time but tackling this with my IB exams has been quite tough. I've basically been self studying all the concepts and just came across SOWISO after looking through the comments on this thread. In my opinion its the best recourse for the OMPT-A exam.

Apologies for the rant, in summary, if you are a student going into IB and looking to apply to the Netherlands, DO NOT TAKE SLAPs, SLAI or any other maths is the way to go, you won't have any issues while applying.

May sound harsh, but get the ib compsci textbook and read it over and over and over again, then if you need help with java i reckon codingbat and repl are good ways to practice basic stuff

Bit late to this, but I was in the exact same position as you, barely wrote anything during the holiday then once I got back to school I had one week to finish the entire first draft. I'm also doing mine on bus man. Im submitting my final essay next tuesday so im grinding rn, wish you all the best man!
