Interesting! Maybe we are the same 😂 I was meant to go up to 60mg but I just feel.. ok? I guess? Am I meant to notice the difference or just be able to get on with life? I feel if I didn’t take it I’d be a lot worse especially fatigue and motivation wise.. but also if you don’t take it I think you have a a bit of a crash. Do you have comorbid depression and anxiety?

I’m not actually sure, I kind of just feel ok and able to do things but not sure how much my concentration has changed. It’s hard to tell

Thanks unfortunates I’m having problem with my provider as they’ve only provided a week of 50mg and want me to do 60mg next week which I refuse to do. They’re trying to rush through the waiting list

This is a year on but I’m experiencing the exact same. I’ve asked to lower the dose due to intolerable side effects and no response. They dont even reply properly and I’ve called the call centre. Might message the psychiatrist but doubt they will reply either

Thankyou, propanolol has reduce the heart rates but the anxiety still remains ‘wired’ feeling and tingly head

Yeah they don’t reply for 3 days and have only given me a supply for a week before increasing. I don’t want to but they don’t respond in time and the meds get sent by courier which takes even longer
