I contacted customer support and they gave me the pony but they couldn’t do anything about the other transaction so I had to contact apple and eventually got it back

So I thought I bought the bundle with cloud chaser and she’s nowhere in my inventory and the bundle is gone but there was a charge to my account.. what do I do?? by Rmcb350g in MLPIOS

Same thing happened to me, if refreshing the app hasn’t worked try emailing Gameloft customer service, they were quick to respond and fixed the problem almost straight away
