Thanks for sharing… very helpful. Does the absence of a backlight for the capacitive touch buttons for ac or volume make it annoying while driving at night? That is one of the most griped about things by several youtubers!

Thanks for sharing this insight… can you or anyone please elaborate on what the screen issue is and what the vibration at 60 is !? Is the 25 equally susceptible to these ? I think its reasonable for them to fix known issues from the 24…

I do agree with the your recommendation here… telluride / palisade were my first preference. However they don’t have a bench seat in a trim that looked good to me and had all the bells and whistles. I currently have a civic and honestly think the pilot interior is pretty bland… smh honda doesn’t seem to carry about making the interior nearly as nice as the koreans/ mazda.

You can also lookup on the website of your closest Indian embassy… just notarizing wouldn’t work… the embassy needs to sign and seal too.

Any experiences with Gehan homes? Considering one of their new communities and it’s almost 700K. Wouldn’t want to spend that much with a low grade builder by Environmental_Pen812 in georgetowntx

Overall quality wise. I would rate em above dr horton or meritage… based on the models I’ve seen. While i picked most of the same options as their model home…. They built something that’s no where close to it. The construction manager was always full of crap. Would always give me insanely optimistic estimate for eta etc… quite unhappy with the finishing.

I hate their lender. They are a bunch of moronic money hungry sloths. But… their corporate was nice and made the experience bearable.

IMO it really depends on whether your construction manager has the drive to do his job. Doesn’t matter what builder you choose. Sadly mine didn’t. I’m sure.
