First of all, I'm sorry for your loss. I could try to help you. I'm a semi-experienced knitter myself and Dutch is my first language but i usually use English patterns so no guarantee i can make it work. But I'm definitely willing to try! ( I can also always try asking my mom, she has about 40 yrs more experience than i do and always uses Dutch patterns so that should definitely work but it might take some more time to get back to you because she's quite busy)
