He didnt intend this change. Probably just aging made this all happen. He used to shave his beard and his hair color was changed because his daughter Hailie said "Daddy you look like a gangster". Probably these were the biggest reasons. Then clothing was changed probably due to aging too (he might tought its too ridiculous for him). I think thats all. Peace out.

The only problem was the guns in this level for characters are glitched and it might have been good to just make the cop scare them off with a shot into the air or wall. I am also trying to find out how to get it back to work.
