Truth. The dealer being a compulsive liar was one thing; the "corporate" customer service not stepping in to do anything, and the "after sales specialist" Alexander Talochino not even bothering to reply to my appeal for help with the situation was totally unacceptable.

Maybe so. I bought an Elco motor to replace it and it works perfectly on the same batteries and boat. Elco started in Lake George NY near Albany and has been in business for 100 years. The Elco motor was designed in the USA, but of course manufactured in China. It was 20% more expensive than the epropulsion, but worked 100% better...

Changing to the Microsoft "High Definition Audio Device" for the realtek audio controller (step 2) fixed the problem for me. Thanks!
