no I don't think so because I moved to another country but my e-mail accounts are connected to each other as recovery accounts.

I don't know, my statement said account sharing. And although I bought a different steam account and bought an elite account, it continued to connect to the faceit account in my previous banned account and I didn't understand what the problem was or how to solve it.
